Cancel the contract

Use this form to withdraw from a contract made on this site (order, lesson or service), free of charge, within 14 days. You do not need to give a reason. We send you an acknowledgment by email at once, with the content of your request and the date and time it was sent.

Downloads: if you ticked the box at checkout asking for the download right away and giving up your withdrawal right, the law no longer gives a right of withdrawal for that file (art. L221-28 13° French Consumer Code). You can still send this form: we will reply to you personally.
