Marina Kaye – Freeze You Out

Your custom version is made to your instructions. It is still the original artist's song: it comes under the same licence and terms of use as this cover's standard download (personal, private use only; you get my recording, not the song rights), nothing broader. You receive it together with the standard download once I approve it. Once they have been sent to you, they can no longer be withdrawn from (French Consumer Code art. L221-28); until then, you can cancel the custom version and its standard download and get a full refund for them (other items in your order are not affected). If I can't make your custom version, you choose: a refund of the extra only (your standard download is then sent at once) or a full refund of both.
